Individual Therapy
$100
My work with individuals is grounded in Narrative Therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I see therapy as a collaborative process where we walk the path together, shining light on patterns, beliefs, and parts of your experience that may have developed for important reasons but are no longer serving you. Rather than trying to eliminate these parts or stories, we work to understand them and make space for new possibilities.
I bring warmth, curiosity, and humor into the room, while holding the therapeutic relationship to the highest standard.
My goal is to help you clarify your preferred way of being in the world and support you in enacting that reality within the systems and relationships you’re part of.
Couples Therapy
$130
In my work with couples, I integrate Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Narrative Therapy. Much of our work centers on identifying the patterns and cycles that couples get caught in, often the ones that leave both partners feeling misunderstood, disconnected, or defensive.
Together we slow these moments down, bring them into the light, and begin to understand what is happening underneath them. From there, we work to create the preferred patterns of connection, communication, and partnership that both people want to experience.
I approach couples work with deep compassion and empathy for both partners while also being direct when I notice places where inequity or harmful relational narratives are shaping the relationship. This includes gently challenging dominant cultural narratives—such as rigid gender roles—that can influence how partners relate to one another.
The goal is not simply to reduce conflict, but to help couples build a relationship that feels mutually supportive, emotionally safe, and intentional.
Family Therapy
$150
My approach to family therapy is primarily informed by Narrative Therapy. I view families as systems shaped by shared stories, roles, and patterns that develop over time.
In our work together, I create space for each family member to be heard, understood, and seen. Often families arrive feeling stuck in a story about what—or who—the problem is. Rather than focusing on an “identified patient,” we explore the patterns and narratives that have developed within the system itself.
A central belief I hold in my work is that the person is not the problem, the problem is the problem.
Together we examine the dominant story the family has been living inside of and ask whether it is still serving the family as a whole. From there, we work collaboratively to develop new ways of understanding one another and interacting that support the wellbeing of everyone involved. This is not through compromise that leaves someone behind, but through solutions that honor the needs and voices of all family members.
